Mahindra Launches New Bolero Maxi Truck Plus
"The Bolero Maxi Truck Plus has been developed on Mahindra's rugged Bolero Pick-up platform and is conceptualised to cater to the needs of urban goods transportation," said Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Automotive Division Chief Executive Pravin Shah.
The new Bolero Maxi Truck Plus is powered by Mahindra's 2523cc Common Rail diesel engine rated at 63 HP and 195 Nm. The new pickup has a payload capacity of 1150 Kg, with a cargo bay measuring 40.6 sq.ft. The vehicle has a turning radius of 5.5 meters, making it ideal for urban usage.
The other highlight of the new pickup is the ARAI certified, unmatched mileage of 17.7 kmpl. Standard features include power steering and engine immobilizer.
Pravin Shah, Chief Executive, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said during the launch event, "The Bolero Maxi Truck Plus is aimed to cater to the transportation needs of the discerning urban city customer and will also meet the growing needs of current customers who want to upgrade and earn more.
