Hyundai India Announces 14th Free Car Care Clinic

The free car clinic will offer free checkups for Hyundai customers across India and will provide attractive discounts on spare parts, labour charges, extended warranty and more.

New Delhi, March 14, 2013: Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL), the countrys largest passenger car exporter and the second largest automobile manufacturer, today announced the 14thedition of the nationwide ‘Free Car Care Clinic' customer connect programme. Aimed at extending the advantage of its excellent services to its customers, the camp will be held from March 15 - 24, 2013 at over 900 Service Outlets across the country.
Announcing the launch of the campaign, Mr. Nalin Kapoor, Sr. GM and Group Head - Marketing, HMIL said, "We at Hyundai understand the evolving needs and preferences of our customers. We have been receiving an overwhelming response to our ‘Free Car Care Clinic' and this year also we hope to see increased participation from our customers across the country. Our objective is to provide the best of products and services to customers and enable them to enjoy value-added experience."
The ‘Free Car Care Clinic' will offer a comprehensive 80 point check-up and a thorough examination of the engine, transmission, electrical system, under-body, AC, exterior, etc. Hyundai customers can also avail attractive discounts on spare parts, selected accessories, labour charges and other value added services.
In addition, Hyundai is also offering an attractive discount of up to 20 per cent on extended warranty along with additional discount on labour charges, exciting offers on exchange of old cars and reward for female car owners. Customers who have been associated with Hyundai for more than 4 years can avail additional offers. M/s Shell India, the nationwide sponsor for this event is also offering attractive schemes and offers during the camp.
To honor and reward Hyundai customers attending the camp, attractive gifts like 10 free extended warranties on daily basis and other exciting prizes are also being offered during the entire period of the 10 days. With an aim to enhance the service experience with the customers across the country, HMIL has also made provision for online service booking through its recently launched newly redesigned corporate website (www.hyundai.co.in).
As a part of the customer connect initiative at Free Car Care Clinic, HMIL is also organizing a training programme on ‘Do It Yourself' at all the HMIL authorized service outlets. This is a unique initiative to help customers understand and maintain their cars in a better manner. The training programme will include regular and routine inspection of car; tips on managing emergency situations; driving tips and safety features.
