Honda Amaze Karnataka Launch; Pricing & Details
Honda Amaze received its official launch for the state in an event held in Bangalore today. The diesel engine offered with Amaze currently offers the highest mileage of any diesel engine in the country - 25.8 km/l. Pricing details (Ex-showroom, Bangalore) in the state of Karnataka are as follows:
1.2L 4 cylinder SOHC i-VTEC petrol engine:-

1.5L 4 cylinder DOHC i-DTEC diesel engine:-

The Amaze diesel, powered by the 1.5 liter diesel engine offers the best in class max power output of ~100 PS at 3600 rpm and 200 Nm of peak torque at 1750 rpm. Meanwhile, the Amaze petrol, powered by the 1.2 liter 4 cylinder SOHC i-VTEC petrol is rated at 88 PS at 6000 rpm and a maximum torque of 109 Nm at 4500 rpm. The petrol engine offers a mileage of 18 km/l with manual transmission and 15.5 km/l with automatic transmission.
