Goodyear Starts ‘Worry Free Service’ In India

Enjoy Worry Free Road Journeys With Goodyear Tyres
To offer best in class service experience, Goodyear India, has introduced a facilitation service program - 'Worry Free service' (WSF) for consumers in India. The service is aimed at assisting the consumers, facing tyre related issues and also to ensure that the tyres are duly checked and worked upon or changed.
Tyre related issues such as- flat/ deflation damage, Fitment damage, Non - repairable tyres (through cuts and damage on the tread area), Non - repairable tyres (through cuts and damage on sidewall area), Impact brake damage will be replaced on pro rata basis under Worry Free Service program. Registration is mandatory to avail this service.
With this program, Goodyear reiterates its position of being the only tyre of choice when it comes to safety and customer service.

Worry Free Service is designed to offer and inculcate safe journey practices among the consumers. It further aims to gratify the challenges faced by them."
Tyres that fall under WFS initiative are: Duraplus, Assurance AG+, Assurance, GT3 and Ducaro Hi Miler sold by dealers during the period February 10, 2013 to July 31, 2013.
Worry Free Service is an independent service which is in addition to Goodyear India Warranty Policy. Warranty Program is applicable on all tyres bearing Goodyear's name, but WFS is only offered on specific tyres.
Quick Facts - Goodyear 'Worry Free Service'
>This service is applicable on WFS Tyres presented for inspection within a period of 2 years from the date of the invoice OR WFS Tyres with upto 50% of the treadwear.
>It is also mandatory for the consumer to register the warranty card on the purchase of tyres and present the original warranty card and original invoice at the time of WFS Tyre inspection.
>Nail holes, repairable/ minor damage as confirmed etc would not be covered under Worry Free Service.
>Tubes are not covered under Worry Free Service.
>To be applicable for the Warranty Program or Worry Free Service, a consumer needs to undergo a mandatory registration/ verification process.
To avail this service, consumers are required to register using the unique code through one of the following modes:

>Call the Goodyear call center at 1800 266 6767 between 10 am to 8 pm from Monday to Saturday
