Ford EcoSport Launched; Price Starts At Rs 5.59
Ford has managed to stun the industry and customers alike by launching the EcoSport at extremely competitive prices. The EcoSport is offered in 10 variants and they start and end between INR 5.59 lakhs and INR 8.99 lakhs. The Ford EcoBoost engine equipped trim starts at a mere 7.89 lakhs. (all prices indicated are ex-showroom, Delhi)
To put the pricing clearly into perspective let's compare it with the Duster. While the most well equipped EcoSport comes for INR 8.99, the base Renault Duster starts at 7.99 lakhs. The Duster goes up till INR 12.18 lakhs. The EcoBoost has fuel tank capacity of 52 liters. At just under 4 meters, the boot space is not as large as the Duster.
