Ford EcoSport Launched In China For INR 8.3 Lakhs
Ford has already revealed the production version of its EcoSport compact SUV in India at public unveilings at various shopping malls across the country. However, the American automaker has not released the pricing details of the EcoSport yet, which will likely be released a few weeks before its June launch.
China, on the other hand, has already got the EcoSport where Ford will offer the SUV between a price range of 94,800 RBM and 127,800 RBM, which converts to a starting price of INR 8,30,743 and INR 11,19,926 for the top end variant. As is the case with all international cars, the Chinese spec EcoSport is larger than the one India will get, measuring 4,280mm long, 1,785mm wide and 1,658mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,530mm. This being one of the reasons why starting price in India will be lower than INR 8.3 lakhs. You can see the launch event photos in the gallery below.
