Bentley Flying Spur In India; Price of INR 3.1 Crore
The 2014 Bentley Flying Spur has arrived in India. The ultra luxurious sedan will be brought in through the import route and will cost INR 3.10 crore (Ex-showroom). The launch of the new Flying Spur follows the Rolls Royce Wraith coupe that was launched in August.
The new Bentley Flying Spur received its global premiere at the Geneva Auto Show. In terms of new features the 2014 Flying Spur brings adaptive air dampers which have been lowered. The car is said to offer even better ride quality compared to its predecessor. The projector headlights with daytime running lights have been fitted with LED units.
The new Bentley Flying Spur is built on the Continental GT platform. The luxury saloon measures 5295 mm long, 1976 mm wide, 1488 mm high and has a wheelbase of 3065 mm.
The 2014 Flying Spur is the most powerful production 4 door Bentley ever. Power comes from the 6.0-litre twin-turbocharged W12 engine that generates 616 HP and 800 Nm of torque.
Power is delivered to all four wheels via an eight-speed ZF gearbox. The large vehicle can a sprint from a standstill to 100 kmph in 4.3 seconds and can go on touch a top speed of 322 km/h.
On the inside, all the sumptuous seating aside, the Flying Spur comes with an 8 inch touch screen infotainment system. A 1,100 watt Naim audio system, with 8 speakers, 10 inch touch screens for rear passengers complete the standard package. A WiFi connectivity package is optional.
