2013 Audi RS5 Coupe 'Coming Soon' To India
India will soon get a new performance coupe model, from Audi this time. That new car will be the 2013 RS5 Coupe. The RS5 is based on Audi's A5 model, but tuned to offer sporty and fast performance. The information has been revealed in the form of a teaser image by Audi on its Facebook page.
Audi RS5 Coupe is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.2 liter FSI V8 engine that churns out 450 HP and a peak torque of 430 Nm. Naturally, there is Audi's Quattro all-wheel drive doing business, distributing 40 % of the power to the front wheels and 60 to the rear.
The RS5 can do a blisteringly quick 0-100 km/h sprint in 4.6 seconds. At 250 km/h the car hits an electronic wall, which owners can request Audi to break down, allowing them to reach the RS5's full potential of 280 km/h.
