Alfa Romeo is making a huge comeback of sorts this year, with the launch of the Alfa Romeo 4C supercar. After having revealed images and details about the 4C, Alfa is now waiting to show to the world what it has in store, in metal and carbon fiber, at Geneva Motor Show.

Meanwhile, an automobile design student from Italy's IED Torino design school, Alex Imnadze has come out with a stunning new design concept of an Alfa Romeo sports car. Take a look at the absolutely amazing renderings in the gallery below.

Alex says in his blog that he used the"classical shapes & volumes of italian cars" to create his Alfa 6C concept renderings.

The Alfa Romeo cars that inspired Alex and with which his concept shares design features include the 1948 classic alfa romeo 6c, the new 8C Competizione and the Pininfarina's 2uettottanta open top concept.
