Nissan 2014 GT-R Track Edition
The 2014 Nissan GT-R Track Edition was launched in the U.S earlier this year at the Chicago Motor Show. As the name suggests, Track Edition GT-Rs come with sporty upgrades and a bump in price. But the price is justified for a street sports car that offers the performance of a supercar twice its price.
The special additions to the Track Edition come in the form of better suspensions, better brakes, with cooling pads, front spoiler, hand made carbon fiber rear spoiler and carbon fiber air ducts. In place of the rear seats the Track Edition gets a lightweight cloth mat, while in the front there are Recaro seats in contrasting red and black.
As far as the powerplant is concerned, the twin turbocharged V6 has been meddled with a bit so that it now delivers a maximum power output of 545 HP between 4,500 rpm and 6,000 rpm. Cost of all the additional tricks is a final price tag of $115,710. In addition, you become only one of 150 people in the U.S to own the 2014 Nissan GT-R Track Edition.
