Ford Fiesta With European Face Expected Next Year
In 2014 Ford Fiesta sedan will finally shed its old face take to Ford family's new design which is sported by the latest Ford Fiesta model in European and the US market. The new Ford design was revealed in Amsterdam late last year.
Fiesta, which is sold has a five door hatchback in Europe and the US is characterized by the latest Ford family hexagonal grille design, as well as a slightly raised front bonnet.
In any case, the new face with its hexagonal grille, chrome horizontal lines, a slimmer rear dam, restyled fog lamps and the differently sculpted bonnet design all lend a fresh look.

Unfortunately, you will be disappointed to know that the Ford EcoBoost engine will not make it to the sedan. The 1.0 liter EcoBoost will remain exclusive to EcoSport, which is a pity. Hence, the 1.5 liter petrol and diesel engines will continue being provided.
The reason why maybe Ford is not planning to bring the EcoBoost in the Fiesta is likely to keep the asking price low. The sedan is not a popular product in India mainly due to its high price tag. Ford could try to localize production to a greater degree with the 2014 model to offer it for less than what it costs now.
