Renault Duster To Sport A New Design
With over 20,000 units in just 5 months, the Renault Duster is currently the hottest and most sought after SUV in India. From style setting personalities to an excellent drive at an amazing price, the Duster has undoubtedly polished off its competition.
There is no stopping Renault now and the company is looking at a major facelift for the Duster. The new Duster is scheduled to roll-out by early 2014 and is expected to make its inroads into India by mid-2014.

One of the reason's we believe Renault would be looking to refresh the Duster is the Ford EcoSport. Renault's toughest competition will come in the form of the Ford EcoSport and this SUV from Ford is expected to be priced somewhere in the region of INR 10 lakhs.
Currently Duster's competitors come in the form of the Premier Rio and Skoda Yeti. The Premier Rio is priced much lower and its offering comes nowhere close to the full fledged Duster SUV. The Yeti on the other hand is a premium SUV and is priced much higher. So at the current price of INR 7 to 11 lakhs the Duster SUV is your best bet.
The new Duster will borrow design cues from Renault's DCross concept. From the look of it, the new Duster will feature a new headlight design and a new front grille. What's your initial impression and do you like the new design? We urge the auto enthusiast within you, to stay tuned as we keep a track on Duster's path in India.
