Nissan has equipped this Urban Class utility vehicle with 1.5-litre Renault K9K diesel engine. First thing that comes to your mind will probably be - Is that enough for this large MPV?
In real world driving conditions, the Evalia made its way easily through tough traffic conditions and a few quick hairpin bends. Nissan has tuned the engine well. The engine pulls as low as 1000 rpm with minimal turbo lag. Cleverly thought out gear ratios, makes the highway and city drive just ‘zippy' enough.
At the end of the day, let's be honest the Evalia did surprise us! Call it beastly or spacious, the Evalia is the next new People Carrier to hit the Indian roads.
