The new 3-Series is finally unveiled. Available in two engine options, the 320d diesel and the 328i petrol. The 320d offers a mileage of an incredible 18kmpl. The eight speed transmission also helps in improving the mileage of the new 3-series.

BMW is now displaying all the five previous generation models of the BMW 3-Series starting from the first generation model that was first built in the year 1975. BMW then launched the second generation 3-Series in 1982.
The Third generation 3-series was launched eight years later in 1990. The fourth gen 3-series seen another eight years later in 1998. BMW did not take that much time to launch the new 3-Series in the form of the fifth generation 3-series which was launched in 2005.
You will notice the development of BMW's distinct design styling through the evolution of the 3-Series. Now after five successful generations, BMW now has brought to India the sixth generation 3-Series code named the F30.
