Honda Planning To Launch Brio Based Sedan
The new sedan from Honda will be built on the lines of Maruti Suzuki's brilliant Swift Dzire, Toyota Etios and Tata Manza. The carmaker has been losing ground to other company's in the market mainly due to the lack a comparatively poor product range.
The new sedan from Honda is expected to hit the market in 2013. However, there has been no other information on the pricing or the technical specification of the car as of now. Expect the sedan to be priced around Rs 7 lakhs.
With the new sedan, Honda targets first time car buyers - a strategy which other car makers have implemented and tasted success. Meanwhile, Honda is expected to launch the diesel Brio sometime soon. Honda has not been having diesel power and the carmaker expects to regain its lost market share with its Earth Dream series of diesel engines.
