Ford Renames Old Fiesta As Classic

Ford India has renamed its old Fiesta Classic sedan as Ford Classic. Though the carmaker had launched an all new Fiesta recently, Ford had retained the well selling Fiesta Classic sedan.

The Fiesta has been highly liked car for its classy looks and high fuel efficiency. As before, the Ford Classic will be available with both petrol and diesel engine options.

Meanwhile, the Classic gets some extra features like a new set of alloy wheels, a spoiler on the exterior. Other equipments like front and rear fog lamps, rear defogger, music system with Bluetooth connectivity from the old Fiesta continues to feature in the Classic as well.

Safety features include dual front airbags and ABS. The car which is positioned straight against the Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Tata Manza comes with a highly competitive price tag of Rs 5.54 for the entry level petrol variant.

The Ford Classic is available in six variants with the diesel model coming at a starting price of Rs 6.81 lakhs.
