Renault Opens Duster Bookings Before July Launch

Renault's much awaited low cost SUV Duster is set for a July 4 Launch. However Renault's dealers have already started taking bookings for the Duster. Dealers are charging between Rs.50,000 to Rs.1 Lakh as a booking advance from buyers.

Renault India has stated that that Duster will be launched on July 4. The Duster's price will be revealed only on the day of its launch. However dealers are expected to the Duster to be priced anywhere between Rs.8 lakhs and Rs.12 lakhs.

The Renault Duster is a five seater SUV that is sold as the Dascia Duster in Europe. The Duster is considered as a robust vehicle capable of handling different terrains. Its low cost and ruggedness has won it many fans in all countries it is being sold.

Renault India had unveiled the Duster in India during the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo. The duster will be available in six colours - Matte Black, Brown, Chocolate, Silver, White and Red
