IRA Introduces NITROPOWER
NITROPOWER, a modern age Nitrogen inflator, is a unique product offering from IRA. It is a product of years of research and development.
Generally, air is mixture of various gases like nitrogen (78%), oxygen (21%), others (1%). Oxygen eats up the tyre liner and then ravages the insulation rubber adjacent to the liner. Rubber molecules react with oxygen reducing the strength and elasticity of the rubber and thus reducing the life of tyre.
For a longer and better use of tyres choose Nitrogen. Nitrogen once pumped into the tyres, retains the pressure for about six months. Nitrogen is cooler, lighter and does not cause any kind of rust on the steel or aluminium rims. As a Nitrogen inflated tyre does not heat up, the life of the tyre is longer, braking is efficient, and also gives good fuel economy.
NITROPOWER is a cost-effective, efficient inflator that can be used by the manufacturers, automotive OEMs and oil companies under harsh climatic conditions.
Key features of NITROPOWER:
Generates Nitrogen from compressed air based on PSA (pressure swing adsorption) separation technology.
- Mainly constructed with filtration device, carbon molecular sieve, N2 reservoir and control system.
- Pressure regulator is equipped to limit pressure of input compressed air.
- Pressure relief valve is provided for complete pressure system.
- Silencers are equipped for exhausting gas to reduce sound level below 75db.
- Uses latest calibrated analogue pressure gauges.
- For compatible medium compressed air is filtered twice.
- Primary filtration: three class precision filter.

- By presetting pressure, equipment can vacuum automatically, filling N2 and testing pressure.
