At the heart of the new Optra Royale is a rather unique feature: A Variable Geometry Intake System (VGIS) with a new transmission. By optimizing gear ratios and re-mapping the Engine Management System, the technology squeezes miles right down to the last drop without losing any power. Resulting in great mileage. Apply the gentlest pressure on the accelerator and you will feel the raw power as its 16-Valve, D-TEC, DOHC high-compression engine responds by pumping out 104 PS with effortless ease.

Optra royale boasts on a powerful 1.6L, E-Tec, DOHC, VGIS, 16 valves, 4-cylinder-in-line, MPFi, 32-bit ECM engine which produces 1598cc. The generated power is 104@5800 PS@rpm. The car has a five speed manual suspension. The dimensions are 4500mm length, 1725mm width and 1445mm height. Kerb weight is 1230kg.
