The facelifted Bolero B8 introduces a new Stealth Black shade, with every exterior panel finished in gloss black. The front gets a new grille, gloss black lower bumper, and fog lamps for improved visibility. The headlamp shape remains unchanged from the previous version.
Along the sides, the SUV sports 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and black body cladding that runs from front to rear, adding to its rugged appearance. Door handles, ORVMs, and bumpers are also finished in gloss black to maintain a uniform look.

At the rear, Mahindra has reworked the tail lamps and added a spare wheel cover featuring the Bolero branding. Rear parking sensors are standard, while a rear wiper and washer are now included. However, there is still no defogger or rear camera. A high-mounted stop lamp is positioned above the tailgate. The washer fluid reservoir has been relocated, with the fluid now filled through a separate tank.
