Maserati Refreshes GranTurismo, GranCabrio and Grecale With MCXtrema-Inspired Design & Power Hikes
Italian supercar manufacturer Maserati has unveiled updated versions of the GranTurismo, GranCabrio and Grecale, introducing a range-wide design overhaul drawn from the brand's MCXtrema track-only hypercar.
The updated Maserati trio debuts in the year marking the centenary of the Trident logo, and brings revised powertrains, enhanced Folgore electric range and a comprehensively reworked interior across all three models.

The front-end redesign is the most visually striking element of the update. Both GTs and the Grecale adopt a sharper "shark-nose" bumper architecture with reshaped air intakes, boundary-layer aspiration slots and externally channelled air curtains developed using CFD simulation.
The GranTurismo and GranCabrio gain a central splitter optimised to increase front downforce. New Tridente wheels in gloss black, inspired by the MCPura Cielo, widen the track by 10 mm across all three models, improving stability. New exterior colour options include Green Jupiter Matte, Blu Denim, Bronzo Lucido and Rosso Velluto.

Powertrain Updates
The V6 Nettuno in the GranTurismo and GranCabrio Trofeo now produces 590 hp, a gain of 40 hp over the outgoing version. Maserati has also recalibrated the engine and transmission for sharper response, and revised the exhaust on Trofeo variants as standard.
The 490-hp version remains in production and gains a new Country driving mode alongside the existing GT and Sport settings, raising air suspension height by 20 mm and maintaining that raised stance at speeds up to 120 km/h.

The Grecale adds a new powertrain tier: a 390-hp version of the 3.0-litre V6 Nettuno, available in Grecale V6 and Modena V6 guises. It slots between the existing four-cylinder mild-hybrid variants and the 530-hp Trofeo V6.
The new V6 delivers 32 per cent more torque than the 2.0-litre unit at 2,000 rpm and carries F1-derived pre-chamber combustion technology. Grecale's full powertrain range now spans six variants: Grecale, Modena, Grecale V6, Modena V6, Trofeo V6 and Folgore.

Folgore Electric Range
The GranTurismo and GranCabrio Folgore retain their 760-hp tri-motor setup but gain the AWD Disconnect system that physically disengages the front half-shafts in 500 milliseconds, reducing drag during cruising. Combined with a new energy management algorithm, the GranTurismo Folgore now covers up to 540 km on a charge.
The Grecale Folgore, which received AWD Disconnect in a prior update, maintains its 580 km maximum range and improves further with a new Air Grille Shutter system and revised underbody airflow.
Interior and Technology
Inside, a new racing-inspired steering wheel with flat upper and lower sections and dark satin aluminium spokes is fitted across all three models, available in perforated leather or Alcantara. The Maserati Digital Clock receives a metal bezel, octagonal shape and redesigned graphics.
The PRND gear selector is remade with three-dimensional metal controls, and the paddle shifters gain a parking function allowing drive-to-reverse gear changes at low speed, deactivating automatically above 8 km/h.
A 12.3-inch central display, 8.8-inch comfort display and 12.2-inch configurable instrument cluster carry new UI graphics. The GranTurismo and GranCabrio also gain a driver fatigue and distraction monitoring system, making its debut on both models.
