Mazda North American Operations Reports Strong November 2024 Sales Growth Of 20.6 Percent
Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) announced a significant rise in vehicle sales for November 2024, with 33,422 units sold. This marks a 20.6% increase compared to November 2023. The year-to-date sales reached 384,181 vehicles, reflecting an 18.6% growth over the previous year. With one additional selling day this November, the Daily Selling Rate (DSR) rose by 16%.
November was notable for Mazda as it marked the seventh consecutive month of sales growth. The CX-30 and CX-50 models achieved their best-ever November sales figures, with 6,844 and 7,072 units sold respectively. Additionally, the MX-5 recorded its highest November sales since 2006, with 798 vehicles sold.

Mazda Canada Inc. (MCI) also reported positive results for November, selling 5,699 vehicles. This represents a 15.3% increase compared to the same month last year. Year-to-date sales in Canada reached 67,660 vehicles, up by 24.9%. Meanwhile, Mazda Motor de Mexico (MMdM) saw a substantial rise in November sales with 13,684 units sold, marking a 59% increase from last year.
The year-to-date performance for Mazda has been strong across various regions. In Mexico, total sales reached 91,120 vehicles by the end of November, showing a growth of 33% compared to the previous year. These figures highlight Mazda's continued success in expanding its market presence across North America.
Mazda's operations are managed from its headquarters in Irvine, California. The company oversees sales and customer service support across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Colombia through approximately 795 dealers. In Canada and Mexico, operations are handled by Mazda Canada Inc., based in Richmond Hill, Ontario and Mazda Motor de Mexico in Mexico City respectively.
