Ferrari Tribute 1000 Miglia 2025: Entries Open For Historic Car Race In Italy
The Ferrari Tribute 1000 Miglia is set to return from 17-21 June, marking its sixteenth edition. This regularity race, dedicated to Ferrari models, has been running alongside the Red Arrow since 2010. The event follows the historic 1000 Miglia route, which this year features a "figure of eight" path reminiscent of the original speed races held between 1927 and 1957.
Participants will embark on their journey from Desenzano, moving through Sirmione, Verona, Bovolone, and Ferrara before concluding the first leg in San Lazzaro di Savena (Bologna). The second day will see crews navigating the historic Raticosa and Futa Passes. After passing through Prato and Siena, they will head towards Rome.
The third leg takes competitors through Orvieto, Foiano della Chiana, Arezzo, San Sepolcro, and San Marino, ending in Forlì. On Friday, 20 June, the race will traverse Italy from East to West. Crews will cross Empoli's descent route to reach the Tyrrhenian coast at Livorno's Italian Naval Academy before continuing to Salsomaggiore for the final leg finish.
On the last morning of the race, after covering 1900 kilometres, Ferrari cars will arrive first at Viale Venezia's platform. Here they will be welcomed by an enthusiastic crowd at the final finish line. The event grows more popular each year with increasing attendance.
Interested participants must submit their entry applications by 4:00 pm (Italian time) on Wednesday, 12 February 2025. Confirmation of acceptance will be sent by 4 March. A maximum of 120 Ferraris can participate in this event.
This includes up to 35 historic cars built since 1958. The remaining entries will feature modern models representing Maranello's most prestigious offerings.
The Ferrari Tribute continues to captivate car enthusiasts worldwide with its rich history and challenging routes. It remains a significant event for showcasing both classic and contemporary Ferrari models.
