Swedish manufacturer Volvo is gearing up to officially unveil the all-new XC60 on March 7, at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. The mid-size premium SUV will replace the current model, which has been around since 2008.

The new XC60 is underpinned by a shorter version of the SPA architecture. The 2017 XC60 is believed to be visually inspired by the XC90, adopting the ‘Thor's hammer' LED headlights along with the vertical taillights at the rear.

The new XC60 will also feature a new infotainment system, digital instrument cluster and an assortment of comfort and safety features. The new safety feature includes automatic steering assistance or support when required, to help avoid potential collisions.

Inside, the cabin design is also expected to be inspired by the XC90. The D4 and D5 diesel are believed to be part of the engine family, along with the T8 plug-in hybrid. The petrol motors currently used in the ongoing models will also join the engine line-up.
