Extremely Rare, $4 Million Lamborghini Recalled Over Fire Risk — That's One Fiery Bull
Lamborghini has recalled for its flagship Aventador supercar along with many special edition supercars based on it.
Italian supercar manufacturer Lamborghini has issued a worldwide recall for 5,900 units of the Aventador along with numerous special edition cars that were based on the V12-engined supercar.

According to Lamborghini, the Aventador's evaporative emissions control system may not allow fuel vapours to be treated properly.
The fumes, in turn, could come in contact with hot gases from the exhaust systems and lead to a fire risk, especially when "particular manoeuvres" such as "engine over-revving at idle" (i.e., any driver showing off) are exhibited especially when the fuel tank is full.

Lamborghini claims that no crashes, injuries or deaths have been reported due to any fires, but the Italian firm has not revealed whether any of the affected vehicles, which include the 12 units of the ultra-rare $4 million (Rs 26.78 crore) Veneno have caught fire.

Lamborghini will notify owners who can schedule a service appointment at their closest Lamborghini dealership to upgrade the evaporative system.
