Bajaj Pulsar Prices Drop After GST
Bajaj Auto has dropped the prices of its popular Pulsar series with 200 NS (ABS) receiving price cut of up to Rs 1,138.
The introduction of Goods and Services Tax (GST) has led to the revision in prices of both cars and bikes. Bajaj Auto has revised prices of its popular Pulsar series and has passed on the GST benefits to customers.
The GST on automobiles, which come under luxury goods, is fixed at 28 percent with additional cess on bikes with engine capacity more than 350cc.
The revised prices on the Bajaj Pulsar will change state to state based on their respective taxation system. Among the Pulsar range, the 200 NS receives the maximum price cut of up to Rs 1,100.
Apart from the Pulsar range, the company has increased the price of its flagship bike Dominar 400 as this falls under motorcycles above 350cc, this has led to a price increase of the sports cruiser.
