Mahindra Mojo—All The Details You Need To Know!
The long wait is over and the wraps are finally off the Mahindra Mojo motorcycle. The first thing that comes to one's mind is: That's muscular! Here is a detailed look at the Mojo's technical specifications and first impression in detail.
The first thing one would notice are the twin pod headlamps with daytime running lights and the trademark Mahindra chassis. The headlamps are neatly blended with a tiny bikini fairing, behind which is a very well laid out instrument cluster.

Walking around the Mojo, you notice the massive 300cc liquid cooled engine and the chunky, twin exhaust pipes, that end just short of the rear fender. Towards the rear is a small fender that neatly houses the rear LED tail lamp and the turn indicators.

Once that's done, now to the detailing of the motorcycle. Overall, it has been engineered very well. The finish is good, and to a few eyes that look into extreme detailing like the edges and weld marks on the chassis, you would be impressed by what Mahindra has done.
Now, taking a few steps back, one would want to soak in the overall design of the Mojo. It has a mean front fascia, aggressive, you could say and as you get towards the rear, that massive front becomes very streamlined and sporty.
The seating position is quite upright and relaxed, while your legs are not swept back too much like a sports bike. This accompanied with the massive, 21-litre fuel tank makes it fun to ride on the highway.
Now speaking about the technical details, the Mahindra Mojo gets a 295cc, liquid-cooled, single cylinder engine that produces 27 horsepower and 30 Nm of peak torque. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

This power is delivered to the tarmac by 17-inch Pirelli Rosso tyres up front and at the rear and stopping power is taken care of by disc brakes at both ends. The rear gets a 150/60 section tyre while the front gets a 110/70. Both are 17-inch wheels.
As of the ride so far, the Mojo is very stable at high speeds. That is what one would look out for on a motorcycle that has taken years to be designed.
Overall, Mahindra has done a great job with the Mojo. Stay tuned for the launch, pricing and our expert review of the Mojo.
