Honda CR-V Specs & Dimensions
The new Honda CR-V is offered with two petrol powertrain options - a 1.5-litre turbo and a 2.0-litre turbo with two electric motors. The smaller of the two engines produces 187.4bhp at 6,000rpm and 243Nm of peak torque between 1,700 and 5,000rpm. The engine is paired with a CVT automatic gearbox that sends power to all four wheels. CR-V's equipped with this engine sport three driving modes - Economy, Normal and Snow.

The larger 2.0-litre petrol engine is paired with two electric motors and produces 201bhp and 335Nm of peak torque. The hybrid system is also offered with a CVT gearbox which sends power to all four wheels. The hybrid system features four driving modes - Economy, Normal, Sport and Snow.

The new Honda CR-V is 4,694mm long, 1864mm wide and 1,692mm tall. The wheelbase of the sixth-gen Honda CR-V is 2,700mm long while the front and rear tracks are 1,610mm and 1,626mm wide respectively.
The new Honda CR-V's EX, EX-L and Sport variants ride on 18-inch alloy wheels shod 235 / 60R18 103H tyres. The Sport Touring CR-V variant rides on 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 235 / 55R19 101H tyres.

Honda CR-V Design & Features
The new Honda CR-V sports a revised front design with a new grille sporting a hexagonal mesh pattern and flanked on either side by sleek and angular LED headlights with integrated daytime running lights. The sculpted front bumper features a small central air dam flanked on either side by air intakes.

There is also plastic body protection for the front bumper which can also be seen on the wheelarches, sides and rear of the new Honda CR-V SUV. The rear section looks familiar and now sports a subtle spoiler element while the plastic-clad bumper section sports faux exhaust tips on either side.

Step inside the sixth-gen Honda CR-V and the changes are more evident. The new Honda CR-V sports a 7-inch digital instrument panel behind its leather clad steering wheel. Also new is the free-standing infotainment display that can be optioned in either 7 or 9-inch display sizes depending on the variant. Those equipped with the larger touchscreen get support for wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay while models with the 7-inch unit will still have to plug in.

The new Honda CR-V comes packed with safety tech including 10 airbags as standard along with a host of other safety features including a wide angle camera at the front and millimeter wave radar.
The new CR-V also sports the Honda Sensing suite of adaptive driver aids including Traffic Jam Assist (TJA), Low-Speed Braking Control and Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR), Blind Spot Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low-Speed Follow, and Lane Keeping Assist (LKAS) among others.
