Design
The BSA Gold Star 650 is a motorcycle that embraces retro charm to its fullest. In fact, it may even take a couple of glances to realise that the BSA Gold Star 650 is an all-new motorcycle with modern electrical and mechanical bits.

Powertrain
The BSA Gold Star 650 is powered by a 652cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 4-valve engine. This engine produces 44.27bhp of peak power at 6,000rpm and 55Nm of peak torque at 4,000rpm.
However, unlike the Royal Enfield 650 Twins, the BSA Gold Star 650 motorcycle comes equipped with a 5-speed gearbox. This gives the model an advantage when it comes to riding in urban areas, which is further helped by the torquey engine.
Features
Despite its retro design, the BSA Gold Star 650 is a proper modern motorcycle with features such as an LCD display, dual-channel ABS, slipper clutch, USB charger, LED taillamp and much more.
Hardware
The BSA Gold Star 650 features a telescopic suspension at the front and a 5-step pre-load adjustable twin shocks at the rear. Braking duties are carried by a 320mm disc brake at the front and a 255mm disc brake at the rear.
Tyres & Wheels
The BSA Gold Star 650 in the UK comes equipped with 18-inch wheels at the front and 17-inch wheels at the rear. These spoked wheels come wrapped in 100-section tyres at the front and 150-section tyres at the rear.
