Upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 Spied Again – This Time In Golden Black & Grey Red
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 is among the most awaited motorcycle launches of this year. The model has been yet again spotted without any disguise, but this time wearing Grey-Red and Golden Black shades.
According to Royal Enfield, the upcoming Himalayan 452 motorcycle has been scheduled to be launched on November 07 - A few days before Diwali. Making it the right time to launch a new product in India.

Speaking about the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452, this upcoming motorcycle will be a lot more powerful than the outgoing Himalayan - Addressing the latter's major weakness. As a result, the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 will be competing against more powerful adventure bikes such as the KTM 390 Adventure.
In terms of design, the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 motorcycle looks more like an evolution of the outgoing Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycle. In fact, noticeable design features include a fixed headlamp, a large fuel tank, split seats, mid-set footpegs and more.
Features-wise, the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 motorcycle will come with features such as an all-new circular digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, all-LED lighting, dual-channel ABS tech and a lot more.
Apart from these features, we expect the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 motorcycle to come equipped with features such as multiple ride modes, a traction control system (TCS), a bi-directional quick shifter, and a few more.
Coming to the powertrain, the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 motorcycle features an all-new 451.65cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. This engine is tuned to produce 39.5bhp at 8,000rpm. On top of that, we expect this powertrain to push out 36Nm to 39Nm of peak torque as well.
To maximise the power and torque output from this all-new liquid-cooled powertrain, Royal Enfield is expected to equip the upcoming Himalayan 452 with a 6-speed gearbox. Also, the model is expected to feature a Slip & Assist clutch for smoother downshifts.
In terms of hardware, the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 motorcycle will come equipped with premium hardware bits such as USD forks at the front, a semi-adjustable monoshock at the rear, and larger front and rear disc brakes.
As per homologation documents, the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 motorcycle measures 2,245mm long, 852mm wide, and sports a wheelbase of 1,510mm. This makes the Himalayan 452 a bigger bike than the outgoing Himalayan motorcycle.
Earlier, a video of CS Santhosh riding the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 motorcycle also gave us a proper first look at this upcoming motorcycle. That being said, we expect this model to quickly gain traction in the Indian market.
Thoughts About Royal Enfield Himalayan 452
The upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 motorcycle addresses one of the biggest shortcomings of the outgoing Himalayan - Peak power. With its new liquid-cooled powertrain, we expect the Himalayan 452 to be more powerful and well-suited for long-distance travelling.
