Spy Pics: Bajaj Pulsar NS160 Spotted At Dealership — Launch Imminent?
Bajaj Auto is all set to launch the new Pulsar NS160 in India, the motorcycle has been spotted at a dealership.
Indian two-wheeler maker Bajaj Auto is geared up for another launch. This time it is the all-new Pulsar NS160. The motorcycle has been seen testing in India a few days ago.
Now, Twinkle Torque has spotted the Bajaj Pulsar NS160 at a dealership, which hints that the launch is nearing.
The Pulsar NS160 is based on the recently discontinued Pulsar AS150, but it's an all-new product in the Pulsar line-up. The new motorcycle will be slotted above the Pulsar 150 in India. The new NS160 is identical to its bigger sibling, the NS200.
The NS160 features underbelly exhaust, split seats, split grab rails and LED tail lamp. The smaller NS misses out on the rear disc brake as opposed to the NS200. The Turkey-sped NS160 gets single-channel ABS, but in India, it is unlikely to happen.
The new Pulsar NS160 draws power from a 160cc single cylinder, oil-cooled engine producing 15.05bhp and 14.6Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Bajaj is expected to launch the Pulsar NS160 in July 2017.

Bajaj Auto is all set to enter the 160cc segment which is dominated by its Japanese rivals, Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki. The Pulsar N160 will lock horns with the likes of Yamaha FZ FI v2.0, Suzuki Gixxer and Honda CB Hornet 160R.
