KTM Duke 390 has won the prestigious Indian Motorcycle Of The Year (IMOTY) 2018 Award.
Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM has won the coveted Indian Motorcycle Of The Year (IMOTY) 2018 Award for the new 2017 Duke 390.
The new KTM Duke 390 was one of the biggest motorcycle launches in 2017. The updated iteration of the naked street fighter sports all-new design and new features.

A total of 12 motorcycles were shortlisted for the final round, and KTM Duke 390, Yamaha FZ25 and Triumph Street Triple RS were the finalists for the award. Duke 390 clinched the title with 107 points, whereas the FZ25 and Street Triple RS finished second and third respectively.

KTM launched the new 2017 Duke 390 in India in February 2017, which was one the most anticipated motorcycle in the Indian market. Compared to the outgoing model, the new Duke 390 boasts an all-new design inspired by the 1290 Super Duke.

The 2017 Duke 390 gets new features such as bifurcated LED headlamps, TFT instrument display, adjustable levers, ride-by-wire throttle and newly designed LED tail light. The overall design is sharp and edgy.

The 2017 KTM Duke 390 draws power from a 373cc, liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that makes 44bhp and 35Nm of peak torque. The engine is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox. The naked motorcycle is equipped with a slipper clutch, upside down WP front forks, WP monoshock at the rear, dual disc brakes with ABS and Metzeler tyres.
