Harley-Davidson opened its first concept store in India. The inauguration of Warrior Harley-Davidson is a step forward for the American bike maker's ambition to expand its sales and service network across the country.
The idea of a concept store sprouted from another concept of a small store which accommodates all Harley-Davidson Customer Experience concepts in small forms. This format is a platform for the brand to reach out to existing customer base in Tier III cities that do not have a retail presence.
The store is designed to improve convenience for sales and service requirements of Harley-Davidson customers living in the city and outskirts and ensure that they get a chance to be part of H.O.G.events.
