Stunt Legend Mattie Griffin Approves The BMW G310R

BMW Motorrad has been teasing its fans with its G 310 R roadster motorcycle. Now, stunt legend Mattie Griffin gets a go with the motorcycle, and it sounds like he's in love.

Introduced by Markus Kemper from BMW Motorrad, the video shows Mattie having a good time with the new G 310 R during the Motorrad Days 2016.

The rider seems to be very impressed by the riding position and front oriented center-of-gravity of the bike and says the bike will be perfect for stunt riding.

The motorcycle is expected to hit the global market by October 2016. However, the enthusiasts will have to wait even more for its India debut.

The BMW G 310 R will be powered by the all-new 313cc liquid-cooled single cylinder engine that develops 34bhp and 28Nm of torque. The engine will be mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

Once launched, the G 310 R is expected to be priced a little above Rs. 2 lakh and will be competing with the likes of Mahindra Mojo, Kawasaki Ninja 300, Benelli TNT 300 and KTM Duke 390.
