Mahindra Centuro Sets The Pace For 155% Growth During Oct 2013
Mahindra Two Wheelers is still a small player in the country trying to make a strong comeback post the Stallio era. The company has a minuscule and insignificant share in the two wheeler segment as of now. Having said it is showing strong performance this year with the launch of its two new motorcycles.
Of the two bikes, Pantero and Centuro, the latter has proved to be golden goose for the company, showing continued strong sales ever since its launch.

The company reports sales of 29,696 units during October 2013, of which 1092 units were exported. That amounts to a growth of 157 percent over the previous year. The Pantero and the scooters continue to sell decent numbers.
The reason behind Mahindra Centuro's success are the first in its segment features. These features will make their way into upcoming mahindra two wheelers of which 10 new models will be launched. This includes the Mojo 300.

The Centuro has continued to receive an excellent response from customers through the festive season, with a growing number of bookings. We are expanding production to meet this demand and are also focused on expanding our sales & service network to ensure that customers receive great service thus ensuring that positive word of mouth continues to spread."
