India's affordable performance bikes- Yamaha R15

Yamaha has always been associated with performance bikes ever since it launched the RX series and the RS350. The latest performance bike from Yamaha's stables is the R15. The YZF-R15 has got critical acclaim both from buyers as well as critics for its high levels of technology. It was the first volume motorcycle to get liquid-cooling, Delta-Box frame and forged pistons.

The Yamaha R15 like the TVS Apache 180 RTR does not have large engine. Yet it is able to deliver high levels of performance thanks to its light body work. While there are several models that are more powerful than the R15, yet it remains a darling of several bike lovers. There are rumours that Yamaha will soon launch an upgraded version of the R15.
