The Bajaj Pulsar is one bike that took the market by storm. It was the most powerful and feature rich motorcycle in its segment when it was launched. Its features such as projector headlamp, front/rear discs along with high mid range torque enamoured it to thousands of bike enthusiasts.

The Pulsar 220 is the most powerful variant in the Pulsar range. It is slightly cheaper than the Karizma ZMR with a starting price of Rs.73,000. Bajaj also launched a more inexpensive 220 with bikini fairing and tank scoops. The most recent upgrade for the Pulsar 220 was the dual colour scheme and new graphics.
