Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire AMT Spotted At Dealership Yard - Spy Shots
A new variant of the Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire fitted with Maruti's Auto Gear Shift (AMT) gearbox has been spotted in a dealership's yard. The car appears to be a test drive vehicle.
The AMT gearbox is similar to the ones seen on the Alto K10 and the Celerio and is sourced from Magneti Marelli. Other than the new gearbox, nothing else has changed in the car. The new gearbox will be available for both diesel and petrol variants of the Dzire and maruti is expected to charge a Rs. 50,000 premium for the cars equipped with the new geearbox.
Maruti Suzuki's Swift Dzire fitted with the new AMT gearbox is expected to hit the roads in January, 2016.
