Lamborghini Aventador Free With Dubai Penthouse From Damac Properties
Remember the owner of a mansion in Florida, U.S.A who had offered to gift a Rolls Royce to anyone who brought the nearly $13 million property? Turns out, in Dubai giving away expensive cars as a free gift for property purchases is a common practise.

The annual Dubai Shopping Festival is on and it will go on till Feb 2nd, 2014. On this occasion a renowned Dubai based real estate and construction company, Damac Properties has announced a similar offer for their penthouse, the Damac Maison building on Dubai's Mall Street.
The price of this upmarket property has not been mentioned, but whoever purchases this property will be gifted a 2014 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster worth about half a million dollars.
Gifting luxury vehicles for property purchases was a sales strategy commonly employed by Damac Properties before the property crunch of 2009. The company has since then recovered and says it is profitable to give away free cars with property.
"Damac Properties' DSF promotion is always highly anticipated and we see some of the best results of the year during this time," said Niall McLoughlin, SVP, Damac. Customers purchasing some other select Damac units will also receive luxury vehicles such as BMWs & Mini Coopers. More expensive the property, higher the model of the car.
"Guaranteeing a brand new 2014 Lamborghini, BMW or Mini Cooper with purchases in select units is an exciting incentive which many international visitors to Dubai during this period really appreciate," McLoughlin added.
Damac Properties, has in the past, offered Audi R8, A6 and A4s depending on the size of the house being purchased. For instance, a penthouse buyer gets an R8, while a three-bedroom house fetches an A8. Some Damac customers are even known to have received yachts and planes.
