Rolls Royce Offered For Free With A Mansion

It's not uncommon for realtors to offer gifts and freebies for purchase of property when they are finding it hard to sell. The gifts are usually small, only an insignificant percentage of the cost of the property. But when the property in question is a mansion worth millions it's an entirely different matter.

In the state of Florida in the U.S the owner of a mansion has announced a Rolls Royce as a free gift to anyone who purchases the property. The mansion is no ordinary one either, being the largest in the city of Boca Raton. The asking price for the mansion is $12.75 million. That's nearly INR 80 crores.

Senada Adzem, the realtor selling the mansion is finding it difficult t do so, in general due the state of the economy. Demand for such expensive property is currently low in the United States. A free Rolls Royce Phantom worth $500,000, they hope, will entice someone enough into purchasing the property.

"[Rolls Royce Phantom is] not just a car, it is the car," said Adzem.
