Honda Briefcase Sized Motorcycle

By Ajinkya

When you see the bike in the video you are sure to wonder what the hell is that! Well it does look like a briefcase with wheels, it is and it is not too. It is Honda's pocket or briefcase bike in this case. It is a motorcycle of the past by Honda, this is not a new machine. The Japanese built this bike as a fun and compact bike called the Honda NCZ 50 Motocompo.

The compact bike also known as the Trunk Bike sports a not so enormous 49cc 2-stroke engine. It is capable of producing 2.5 horsepower. The bike was produced between the years 1981 to 1983, it is a short period and they have a unique and pleasant appeal to it.

We wish there would be more bikes like these in the future, which we could actually pack into a briefcase and take it and keep it at all times. Imagine the parking space that will be saved along with the exorbitant fees we pay at parking lots. We would love Honda's Motocompo to come out of retirement in a more modern avatar.
