New Hyundai Elite i20 TVC Crosses 1 Million YouTube Views

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) have achieved a new milestone surrounding the launch of the 2014 Hyundai Elite i20. The spy-thriller-style television commercial (TVC) has crossed one million views in less than a week of the launch of the all-new car.

The big-budget commercial was shot in Romania, and revolves around a storyline of an "uncompromising secret agent who is dogged by the shenanigans of his agency whom he shakes off victoriously".

Talking about the exciting milestone, Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Sr. General Manager Group Head Marketing, HMIL says, "All-new Elite i20 shows the progression of Hyundai in India to service the needs of the new age customer who does not compromise on anything including his/her car. This car gives them the best of both a Sedan & SUV."

HMIL say that the Elite i20 is a "world-class product designed, developed and engineered to deliver value beyond expectations". The latest i20 features Hyundai's Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design philosophy.

The car is available with two engine options: the 1.2 Dual VTVT Kappa petrol engine and 2nd Generation U2 1.4 CRDi diesel engine that produce power outputs of 83 PS and 90 PS respectively. Hyundai claim improved ergonomics and more premium aesthetics for the cabin of the new car.

Ex-showroom New Delhi prices for the Elite i20 start at INR 4,89,900 for the petrol Era variant going up to INR 7,66,900 for the top-of-the-line diesel Asta.
