Ford Ka+ Compact Sedan Revealed In Brazil; India Launch Likely In 2015
Ford Brazil has revealed the Ka+ compact sedan on the internet. The Ka+ is the sedan version of the Ka hatchback that was revealed a few days back.

Just as the Ka hatchback will arrive in India as the next-gen Figo, the Ka+ sedan will be sold in India as the new Figo based sub-4 meter compact sedan. Interestingly, in Brazil, the Ka+ sedan exceeds the 4-meter barrier. The Figo sedan in concept ford was showcased at the Auto Expo 2014 in February.
The introduction of the next-gen Ford Figo based sedan in India would mean the end of life for Ford Classic. Comparing the two images, it is clear that the production car has retained most of the design features of the concept, with most changes related to the lights, as was the case with the hatchback.
In Brazil, Ford Ka+ will be powered by a 1.5-litre and a naturally aspirated 1.0-litre petrol engine. In India, Ford will introduce a diesel engine variant.
The American company's first compact sedan in india will go up against the Swift DZire, Amaze and Xcent when it is launched in India during the second half of 2015.
