Ford Figo, Figo Compact Sedan & New Endeavour To Be Launched In 2015
Next year will truly be an eventful one for Ford as it will be launching not one, not two, but three new products. These will be the all-new Figo hatchback, a compact sedan based on the new Figo and the next-gen Endeavour.
The 2015 Ford Figo will be more than a facelift. That's because the hatchback will be given a total makeover, already previewed in the Ka hatchback from Brazil.The new hatchback will be more spacious, more contemporary and will be more closely related to Ford's family design, which includes the Aston Martin style grille.
The compact sedan, based on the new Figo has also been previewed in the Ka+, a sedan, in Brazil. However, for India, the same design will be modified to get a sub-4 meter car.

Lastly, the now long in the tooth Endeavour full sized seven seater SUV will be replaced by a brand new model, that will be based off the new Everest SUV that's already been previewed in South East Asia and Australia.
The new Endeavour will be more modern, will have a more luxurious interior and contemporary looking and would be better equipped to take on younger competition.
Significantly, Ford is expected to introduce the award winning EcoSport 1.0-litre petrol engine to the Figo hatchback and compact sedan engine lineup. Unlike in the EcoSport, the engine will be tuned to produce less power and high fuel efficiency.
The EcoSport 1.0-litre in the Figo hatch and compact sedan will still be offered in the top-end variant and will undercut the performance and fuel efficiency offered by the competition.
All three vehicles will also be equipped with the latest version of the SYNC infotainment system, already seen in the new Fiesta and EcoSport. The SYNC system will offer with a few India specific apps through AppLink as well. Particularly in the Figo hatchback, availability of SYNC will be considered an advantage over non-infotainment equipped hatchbacks.
