Jaguar Land Rover Contemplating New Facility In U.S.A.

Tata Motors is the owner of Jaguar Land Rover, which is one of the oldest British automobile manufacturers. The luxury car manufacturer plans to grow its base across the world. The British based manufacturer is contemplating a new facility in the United States of America.

Tata Motors had acquired Jaguar Land Rover for 1.3 billion pounds in 2008. Since then, the British manufacturer has witnessed a change in fortunes. They are riding a wave of success and want to move towards more profitable markets.

The United States of America is one of the biggest automobile markets across the globe. If Jaguar Land Rover can set up a factory in the U.S.A., they will be capable of summing up more profits, along with more vehicles sold in the world's second biggest market.

British automobile manufacturer will receive significant help from the state it chooses to build its facility. Jaguar Land Rover will build the facility from scratch. Their goal is to manufacture 2,00,000 vehicles annually from their U.S.A. facility.

Jaguar Land Rover will be inaugurating its latest facility in China soon. They have also signed a deal to build a facility in Brazil, the manufacturer is also looking at its other options. There is also a possibility of Jaguar Land Rover setting up a facility in Mexico.

The new facility in the United States of America will build the entire range of products. This will cut the taxes and duties that currently attract Jaguar Land Rover vehicles. The new facilities around the world are an attempt at achieving sales of one million vehicles within a decade.
