Coming Soon: Mahindra Sub Compact Verito

Mahindra Verito
Mahindra, the India SUV specialist has also said it would be making an entry into the small car segment. Instead of a hatchback, Mahindra will launch a sub compact Verito sedan. The Verito's sales have seen a significant increase following its relaunch. While the Logan did not sustain high sales the Verito has turned the tables.

Mahindra has said it will launch a sub-compact Verito that will be shorter than four metres. This will reduce the excise duty on the car and hence the price also will be lower. Mahindra will also launch a premium version of the Verito Sedan too.

Mahindra is reportedly developing a new small car that will compete with the Maruti Suzuki Alto. The carmaker has not confirmed or denied the development of this small car.
