Hyundai Accent Missing Diesel Engine
The Hyundai Accent is a globally known brand name. The Fluidic Verna sold in India is now sold as the Accent in the International market. The current Accent sold in India is sold as the Accent Executive. It is one car that knows its limits. With a simple exterior design and a functional interior design, the Accent is a family friendly sedan.
The Hyundai Accent is one car that defies its design in terms of interior space. The interiors are done up well and the fit and finish is perfect. Although the Accent does deliver a decent drive, it is not a sedan for the enthusiast who wants a little extra from his car.
One of the disadvantages of the Accent is the unavailability of a diesel engine in a time when demand for oil burning cars has shot up. Available in two variants the Hyundai Accent costs Rs.5.51 lakhs and Rs.5.89 lakhs (ex-showroom- Delhi) Fuel economy is not something the Hyundai Accent can boast about among compact sedans. Its mileage in the city is a not so helpful 8.1kmpl while on the highway the mileage climbs up to 13.8kmpl.
