Hero Xtreme 200 S Makes Surprise Debut At Auto Expo 2016
Hero have unveiled the Xtreme 200S at the 2016 Auto Expo in Greater Noida.
The Hero Xtreme is powered by an all new liquid cooled 200cc single cylinder engine that pumps out a maximum power output of 18.5bhp@8500rpm and 17.2Nm of torque@6000rpm. The new engine sends its power to the rear wheels through a 5-speed gearbox.
The new 200cc Hero bike also features air vents on the front cowl, fuel tank and the belly pan to help improve engine cooling.

The Xtreme 200 S features telescopic forks up front and a mono-shock at the rear. The Xtreme 200 S also features front and rear disc brakes. Other interesting features of the new Hero bike include LED lights, dual tone graphics on the body and the seat.
Not much is known about when Hero will launch the Xtreme 200 S on the roads though it could be as early as the the latter half of this year. When it does release, the new Xtreme 200 S will be going up against the newly launched TVS Apache 200 4V along with various 200cc Bajaj Pulsars and the KTM Duke 200.
