New Subaru WRX (2015) Revealed At Los Angeles Motor Show
The all-new Subaru WRX has been unveiled at the 2013 Los Angeles Motor Show. If you are on the look-out for a four-door practical saloon with sports-car performance, the new WRX is a top choice. The 2015 WRX is armed with Subaru's famous Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system and hallmark Boxer engine.
The new WRX embraces design elements of the concept seen earlier in the year. The shape of the new ‘hawkeye' headlights and hexagonal grille without doubt caught our attention. What are your thoughts on the styling, is it aggressive and refined?

What's On Board the all-new Subaru WRX?
At its heart, the new WRX features a new, high-performance 2.0-litre horizontally-opposed direct injection turbo (DIT) Boxer engine. This new engine offers much improved performance over the outgoing 2.5-litre model and produces 268bhp at 5,600rpm and 258 lb ft torque from 2,000-5,200 rpm (compared to 265bhp at 6,000rpm and 244 lb ft torque at 4,400rpm for the 2.5-litre engine).
The new WRX is equipped as standard with a six-speed manual transmission. As an option, a newly developed Sport Lineartronic CVT with an eight-speed shifting mode is available. Subaru engineers have concentrated on churning-out high performance handling.
The new WRX features a stiffer body and carefully-tuned suspension which has quickened the vehicle's response to driver inputs and raised the WRX's cornering limits. For improved fuel efficiency and a more direct steering feel, the electric steering now features more rigid steering gearbox mounts.
US specification models will be offered with new 17-inch alloy wheel designs which are both more rigid and lighter. Both front and rear lights now feature LED lighting. The all-new Subaru WRX is expected to hit the North American and Japanese markets in mid-2014.
