Yuvraj Singh Unveils YouWeCan KTM X-12 At India Bike Week
The third edition of India Bike Week was held on 20th and 21st of February, 2015. Present on the second day of the event was Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh. He was present at the motorcycle festival to unveil his custom motorcycle.
2015 India Bike Week had several two-wheeler manufacturers and they had customised a few of them. Harley-Davidson, Triumph and Vespa had custom painted and modified their two-wheelers to showcase their individuality.
The motorcycle that has been customised specially for Yuvraj Singh is based on the KTM Duke 390. It has been christened as the ‘YouWeCan KTM X-12' at the 2015 India Bike Week festival.
From the side profile one can easily make out this is the KTM Duke 390. There several custom parts and components that have been fabricated for this project. The deep blue paint scheme looks menacing and will stand out well on the otherwise common Orange motorcycle.
The KTM X-12 gets projector headlights, alone with a larger case for the headlamp assembly. A LED light strip has been integrated into the front portion of the tank. The motorcycle also sports a single seat cowl and MotoGP style crash protectors for brake and clutch lever.
Yuvraj Singh has earlier customised his FZR 400 by Autologue Design. The cricketer shared his inputs and thoughts in developing the YouWeCan KTM X-12. Their goal behind this bike was to create cancer awareness and raise funds as well.
Autologue Design is based out of Pune and the YouWeCan KTM X-12 has been designed by Mukul Nanda. Yuvraj Singh has also shared inputs as he would be using this motorcycle frequently. On looking at the bike Yuvraj Singh expressed that, riding a motorcycle is far more difficult than playing cricket.
